The MECH Z85X BS/DIN Grooved Resilient NRS Gate Valve serves projects specified to either British or German standards, with grooved-coupling ends that allow rapid, bolt-free pipe assembly. The non-rising stem keeps a low overall profile — ideal where headroom is tight inside valve chambers and equipment skids.
The valve uses a ductile iron body with a quality-certified EPOXY coating, an EPDM rubber-encapsulated wedge (potable-water rated and manufacturer-marked) and a smooth machined spindle sealed by MECH’s 5 O-ring arrangement including an outer wiper ring. Hot-melt corrosion-protected bolting completes the long-life corrosion package.
