The MECH Fig. Z45X-62 DIN Flanged Resilient NRS Gate Valve is a long-pattern DIN-flanged variant in MECH’s resilient-wedge gate-valve family. Its non-rising stem keeps overall headroom low — perfect for buried chambers and dense pump-room pipework — while the long face-to-face dimension simplifies replacement of legacy DIN valves in existing plant.
The valve combines a ductile iron body with a quality-certified EPOXY coating, an EPDM-encapsulated resilient wedge (potable-water rated and manufacturer-marked), a smooth machined spindle and a 5 O-ring sealing arrangement including an outer wiper ring. Hot-melt corrosion-protected bolting protects every fastener against humidity and aggressive soil chemistry.
