The MECH XZ41X DIN Flanged Resilient OS&Y Gate Valve pairs DIN-spec flanged ends with an Outside Screw & Yoke design, providing clear at-a-glance position indication on its rising spindle. That makes it a preferred isolation valve for fire protection risers, chiller plant and critical industrial fluid control where operators must verify the valve’s state without tools.
The valve features a ductile iron body with a quality-certified EPOXY coating, an EPDM rubber-encapsulated wedge (potable-water rated and manufacturer-marked), a strong machined rising spindle and the MECH 5 O-ring sealing arrangement including an outer wiper ring. Hot-melt corrosion-protected bolting ensures long service life in humid plant rooms.
